This lifelong entrepreneur was born in Richmond, Va to a young mom and absent dad. By the age of 4, she had a new family with an Army Sergeant Dad. Raised with parents that loved her well and enjoyed traveling, she has been almost around the world. Today, she and her husband of 27 years are enjoying raising two teenage daughters, their blue tic hound dog, and sipping hot tea or wine on the back porch overlooking the lake. Life is truly good.

Having your self image challenged by circumstances, lack of worthiness and confusion from comparing yourself to others, requires more than a skin deep solution can provide, which is what prompted the writing of her first book, Naked to Knockout™ Beauty from the Inside Out.
