Submitted on: Wednesday, March 9, 2016 - 19:13

That's's Ready, Set, Indi-Go Go time.
I love a fabulous spring dress, a killer handbag, knockout jewelry, and to-die-for shoes, especially when they're new! But I also really love a great pair of denim jeans. I love light indigo, dark wash, black jeans, white really doesn't matter and I DO have a denim jacket in every color that I just mentioned. Indigo is such a relaxing, go with everything and spring like color; you just can't have too much of it. Even if you're a working woman or one that wears work out clothes to the gym daily, I bet you have a lot of opportunity to wear denim on a weekly basis too? Check out the styles and links below so you can rock your own indigo denim this spring.

Why does what you look like matter? Because we live in a visual society that is completely dependent upon being stimulated by what I call, "The shock factor".

Are you fashionably challenged? Do you hate spending so much time looking and still not finding the "right" outfit? Do you live in a suburban or rural area? Don't you want to show up at your next special occasion in something no one else will be wearing? Wouldn't it be nice to shop in your pj's? No smarty pants and too young and under-trained sales people to deal with!

My 2 Cents on Fashion on 02/02
Submitted on: Monday, February 1, 2016 - 13:49

It's not just because it's my birthday (02/02, that is!) but because I like to write about this very difficult topic: the battle we women face looking in the mirror and liking what we see. It's true that my two cents really isn't worth a lot more than just that...but in thirty years of working closely with women in all seasons of life AND having two girls of my own, I think my evolution and experience warrants some weight.
